Privacy & Cookies
Last updated: March 2026
Privacy-first — no tracking, no cookiesFreeToolHub is built on a simple principle: your data stays with you. This page explains exactly what the site does and does not do with your information.
Data collection
We do not collect any personal data. There are no accounts, no sign-up forms, and no server-side logging of your activity or tool usage.
Cookies
FreeToolHub does not set any cookies — essential or otherwise. No cookie banner is shown because none is needed.
Analytics and tracking
No analytics service, tracking pixel, or telemetry is loaded on this site. There is no Google Analytics, no Tag Manager, no Plausible, no Matomo, and no advertising network of any kind.
How the tools work
All tools run entirely in your browser. Text you type, files you upload, calculations you perform, and content you generate never leave your device. No data is sent to any server.
Browser storage (strictly functional)
Some tools save small amounts of data in your browser's local storage or session storage to improve your experience. This data stays on your device and is never transmitted anywhere. Examples:
- Language preference — remembers which language you selected.
- Typing speed test — saves your personal best scores locally so you can track your progress.
- Color picker — saves your custom color palette between visits.
- Password generator — keeps a short recent history in session storage (cleared when you close the tab).
- JSON formatter — remembers which nodes you expanded during a session.
You can clear this data at any time through your browser's settings (Settings → Privacy → Clear site data).
Third-party services
This site does not load any external resources or third-party services. All fonts, scripts, and stylesheets are served directly from the same domain. No data is shared with any third party.
Children's privacy
FreeToolHub does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children. Because no data is collected at all, there is nothing age-specific to protect against.
Changes to this page
If the privacy practices of this site change in a meaningful way, this page will be updated with a new date. We will not introduce non-essential tracking without providing clear notice and, where required, obtaining consent first.
